Liability:
The participation in all tours is at one’s own risk. Tourist guides can not undertake any liability for any damage.
Cancellation policy:
Until 14 days before the tour: no fee applies 14 – 3 days before the tour: 50 % of the applicable tourist guide fee has to be paid Less than 3 days before the tour or in case of no-show: 100 % of the applicable tourist guide fee has to be paid
Payment conditions:
Payment is due in cash immediately following services rendered or immediately upon the receipt of the invoice. Late interest charges are 1 % per month (12 % per year).
Waiting periods:
In case the client is delayed, the tourist guide is obligated to wait for 1 hour for the client at the agreed-upon meeting place. Should the tourist guide be delayed, the client must wait for 15 minutes for the guide.
Hindrance:
In case of an unavoidable hindrance the tourist guide is obligated to provide an equally qualified substitute.
Others:
Audio and video recordings during the tours are not allowed.
